One of my favorite articles to write back in my Inside CRM days was our annual list of the top 20 blogs about CRM. There was a lot of transition on the list from one year to the next, although the top dogs seemed to stick around, and the best part about it was that every year more people were thinking and writing in an articulate way about the subject than the year before.
Last year, we started inviting readers to participate in the poll, which worked out very well. So well, in fact, that I’m bringing this idea and the Top 20 CRM Blog story over to Forecasting Clouds. Just after the first of the year, we’ll run this list, which should give readers a wide cross-section of thought about CRM for the coming year. I read a lot more than 20 blogs on CRM on a regular basis, so I can describe the blogs, but you readers can provide a lot of input about what sort of content you benefit the most from.
So, if you have a blog that you can’t do without – a crucial guide in your travels along the CRM path – let me know. Send up to three suggestions to me at editor@forecastingclouds.com, and I’ll factor them into our end-of-year rankings. I’m looking forward to hear what you have to say – and perhaps to learning about some blogs I don’t know about yet!
